How do I pay my order?

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the object along with the package.
By country of origin and final destination, some orders may be subject to customs fees and / or import charges. The customs duties are calculated based on the import, brokerage, duties and taxes are not included in delivery charges referred to the fund when buying. They will be finalized once the order reaches its destination and will be paid by the customer. For more information, contact your local office. For international shipments please first contact us for an offer.
Keep in mind that the customs or import charges borne by the client are not returned.
What is important to know before giving my shipping address?
Nobody would like to see the artwork you purchased exposed to cold or rain or even worse, stolen, before even received! So when you give us the delivery address, make sure you give an address that you or someone of your trust will receive it safely.
How do I know you received my order?
After completing your order, you receive an automatic email to inform you that we’ve received your order. If you do not receive the automatic confirmation email please contact us at 00306973203427.
How many days does it take to receive my order?
For your best service we have chosen ELTA Courier service for Transportations within Greece and EMS or SPM for abroad shipments, depending on the country of delivery.
The estimated order delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days to destinations within Greece (Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm) and 10 -12 working days for abroad.
My order was delayed. What might have happened?
We always try to send packages within 5-7 working days from order. However, sometimes there might be a delay, due to the artist or the transport company or courier. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

What do I have to do, when receiving my order?
When receiving an order, the recipient must verify the good condition of the package and artwork. Attention: If you notice any damage at the packaging or the product, you must not receive the package from the shipping company or courier or sign the receiving receipt. For more details on receiving orders please read the Terms and Conditions.
How do I return an order?
The customer has the right to return the order within 7 days of receipt, after having informed our company by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org about this decision. The customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, as received. Prerequisite for the return is that the returned product was not used in any way, is in a perfect condition and returned at its original packaging (box etc.). In order for the return to be accepted, the original retail receipt or invoice must be included in the returned package.
When returning an order, the customer will have to choose a safe shipping or courier company and pay for the transportation expenses. Our company does not refund the transportation costs when accepting a returned product. Other shipping costs and charges that had been selected by the customer, eg special Saturday delivery etc. are also not refund. In case of refund, the customer receives the value of the product/ artwork but not the transportation costs. The refund is returned via bank deposit, within 14 days of receipt of the returned package, as long as the package and the product are both in excellent condition. We can also provide credit for a future purchase in our gallery.
Confirming the good condition of the product ordered while receiving it is very important. Once you have received your order and signed the papers of the courier declaring that the product is in good condition, we cannot accept a product return for reasons such as wear, breakage or bad condition and we cannot give you a refund. If you see wear of damage on the package or the product, while receiving it, please return immediately the package to: DEKA5 / ENDEKA Art Space, Kalapothaki 13, 54624, Thessaloniki, Greece, 306 973 203 427. The returned package must be packed carefully, in its original packaging, safely sealed.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for my order?
Yes, all artworks in theartspace.gr are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist.
